As things are bustling here in Hampton Roads, we joyfully celebrate the beginning of Spring.

One of the hallmark Spring events is the Annual Shamrock Marathon which celebrated its

50^th Annual Event on the weekend of March 19-21.  Yes, that’s right, 50 years !

Our company and family typically participate in this race but was unable to run in this year’s event.

Instead of competing in last weekend’s event, we rooted for our many competitors.

One of those local runners we are proud to have supported is Virginia Beach resident Henry Smith.

An avid runner and friend of the company, Henry is a retired Navy captain residing in Virginia Beach with his wife Mary Ann.

A transplanted Georgian and USNA graduate he served 25 years in the Surface Navy and 13 years at Booz Allen Hamilton supporting Navy clients.

Henry successfully competed in the Shamrock 8K and completed the run in just over an hour (1 hour, 1 minute, 30 seconds).

As a good close friend of the company, we salute Henry and his achievement of successfully completing the Shamrock 8K.

Great job Henry and keep up the good work !
