Summer Pilgrimage – Camino de Santiago

By MAP Environmental Inc. | July 30, 2024
From time to time, our MAP team likes to share about some of the non-work-related adventures we have throughout the year. Needless to say, this Summer has been extra busy, but it’s important to stop and reflect on some of the personal achievements shared by our team!
As way of background, back in June 2019 brothers in Christ, Jim Brown and Myles Pocta journeyed for their first time along the Camino de Santiago – the 500-mile pilgrimage from St. Jean-Pied-de-Port at the base of the French Pyrenees to Santiago de Compostela in northwestern Spain.
Five years later and renewed by their prior success and following the global pandemic, the two men returned to the Camino in June 2024. Through fervent prayer, friending and evangelization, Jim and Myles successfully completed their 2nd journey along the 500-mile pilgrimage of the “Way of St James” which culminated in a celebratory pilgrim mass at the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela on July 11, 2024. Below are a few pictures from their journey:
